MUTUAL EVALUATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF ZAMBIA

 

The onsite visit by the Evaluators for the Mutual Evaluation of the Republic of Zambia will take place during the month of November, 19th through 28th 2007.

The 15th ESAAMLG Task Force of Senior Officials meeting will take place in Dar Es Salaam Tanzania from 17th to 19th March 2008.

The World Bank in collaboration with the Eastern and Southern Africa Anti-money laundering Group (ESAAMLG) is organizing a \'Rolling Out of FIU Workshop\' for countries that are in the early stages of developing their financial intelligence units (FIUs). This workshop will be delivered by officials from the world Bank and resource persons from South Africa and Mauritius. This workshop is hosted by the Government of Botswana and financed by the world Bank.The workshop will be held at the Gaborone International Conference Centre

Participating countries will include:Botswana, Lesotho,Malawi,Mozambique,Namibia,Tanzania,Zambia and Zimbabwe
