ESAAMLG has completed its assessment of Kenya’s anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist and proliferation financing (AML/CFT) system. The Mutual Evaluation Report of Kenya comprehensively reviews the effectiveness of Kenya’s measures and its level of compliance with the FATF Recommendations. The Council of Ministers of ESAAMLG adopted this report at its meeting in Livingstone, Zambia in September 2022.
