The 46rd Task Force Meeting of the Senior Officials will be held from 1st to 7th September 2023 in Botswana.

The Task Force Meeting will be followed by the Council of Ministers Meeting on Friday, 8th September 2023 and It is envisaged that the PPSD will commence immediately after the Council of Ministers meeting in the afternoon and continue on Saturday, 9th September 2023.

All other logistical arrangements including; Hotel accommodation, airport pickups, programme and agenda for the meetings etc. will be communicated to you in due course.
